人们常常把当前的世界经济危机与半个世纪前的大萧条相比较。达两次危机确实有某些共同特征,但是今日世界的发展中有一些特殊而新奇的现象,这对理解目前的形势、制订克服当前危机的战略是至关重要的。
People often compare the current global economic crisis with the Great Depression half a century ago. The two crises do have certain common characteristics. However, there are some special and novel phenomena in the development of the world today, which are of crucial importance in understanding the current situation and in formulating strategies to overcome the current crisis.
