X射线定量相分析的研究和探讨已引起各国X射线衍射工作者的重视.近年来,国内外X射线衍射工作者己研究出多种定量分析方法,其中K值法已被广泛采用.但K值法需事先用被测的纯相与参考物相配制成混合试样,测得K值.当测定试样时,还需在试样中加入一定量的参考相.工序烦琐,操作不便,随之而带入的偶然误差也就会增大.为了避免这些缺点,本文介绍一种新方法.在试样中添加一定量的被测相、进行X射线定量分析.
In recent years, X-ray diffraction workers at home and abroad have developed a variety of quantitative analysis methods, of which K value method has been widely used.However, K Value method needs to be measured in advance with the pure phase and the reference to prepare a mixture of mixed samples, measured K. When the determination of the sample, the sample also need to add a certain amount of reference phase. Tedious process, inconvenient operation, Incidental error will be brought in. In order to avoid these shortcomings, this paper introduces a new method to add a certain amount of the measured phase in the sample for X-ray quantitative analysis.
