Objective: To study the effect of different service time on the cardiac function of military personnel in the acute plateau and the intervention measures. Methods: All 241 troops of our army were selected, all of whom were male. It was necessary to rush into the plateau station and observe the cardiac function after military servicemen hurried to the plateau at different time of service, and give targeted interventions. Results: The levels of HP, LVEF, LVFS, CO and LVEDVI in the soldiers entering the plateau for 3 days were higher than those before entering the plateau. The levels of HP, LVEF, LVFS and LVEDVI on the 7th day after entering the plateau were higher than those before entering the plateau, Compared with that before entering the plateau, the levels of HP at 30 days after entering the plateau were higher than those before entering the plateau (P <0.05). The levels of HP, LVEF, LVFS, CO and LVEDVI in soldiers entering the plateau for 30 days were significantly higher than those in the third day after entering the plateau. The levels of HP, LVEF, LVFS, CO and LVEDVI at 60 days after entering the plateau were significantly different from those of the third day after entering the plateau P <0.05). The HP level of soldiers entering the plateau for 30 days was lower than that of entering the plateau for 7 days. The levels of HP, LVEF and LVEDVI on the 60th day after entering the plateau were significantly different from those on the 7th day after entering the plateau (P <0.05). The HP level of soldiers entering the plateau at 30 and 60 days was lower than that of entering the plateau for 14 days, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: After the soldiers rush into the plateau, their heart function will be greatly affected. Effective interventions will be taken, and as the service time increases, the effect will gradually disappear without affecting the normal work and training of military personnel.
