武器装备体系评估是发展武器装备体系的关键环节,目前还处于发展阶段,缺乏完整的理论体系和系统化的研究成果。通过运用模糊数学的相关理论,在对武器装备体系评估指标进行尝试性地改良、完善、归类的基础上,提出了新的评估分析策略,充分考虑了评估目标的影响,并针对评估过程中的各个环节建立了较为完整的综合评估模型,设计了程序实现的流程图,为武器装备体系评估的实现提供了一套系统化的可行性方案。
