随着高铁运营里程的不断增长,配属动车组数量不断增多、运行速度等级不断提高,动车组使用的技术含量增大,对动车组检修、运用人员的技术素质要求越来越高。与之对应职工现有的业务素质与高铁动车组运行安全需求间的矛盾日益突出。通过在段推行模块化教学这种新型的培训模式,在提高职工的学习热情,提升培训质量,缓解“工学矛盾”等方面取得了阶段性的成效。
With the continuous growth of the high-speed rail operation mileage, the number of EMUs is continuously increasing, the operating speed level is continuously increasing, and the technical contents of EMUs are increasing. Therefore, the technical qualifications of EMU maintenance and use personnel are increasingly demanding. The corresponding contradiction between the existing professional qualifications of employees and the operational safety requirements of high-speed rail EMUs has become increasingly prominent. Through the implementation of modular training in this segment, this new training model has achieved staged results in enhancing the learning enthusiasm of workers, improving the quality of training, and alleviating the contradictions between work and study.
