医用电动吸引器是手术室和急诊室常用的抢救器械之一。在使用过程中,污物瓶常盛满污血、痰液,未及时清除而继续使用,污液常被吸入电动真空泵内而无法使用,从而造成电机烧毁。根据上述情况,我们研制了一种全自动液位监视、电机保护控制器,经半年多二十多台电动吸引器的使用,效果良好。该控制器的电路原理如图所示,主要由开关电路、延时电路、液位监视电路和电机保护电路等组成。开关电路由DW_1、DW_L和BG_1等组成。T_2为电流升压式互感器,电机开启时,启动电流使BG_1饱和导通,约0.3秒后电机离心开关断开启动绕组,电流降至约1.8A,BG_1截止。

After about 0.3 seconds, the motor centrifugal switch disconnects the starting winding, the current drops to about 1.8A and BG_1 ends.
