中学语文教材应稳而常变,每年“微调”

一 稳定是基础“语文是最重要的交际工具。是人类文化的重要组成部分。”虽然是工具,但各个时代的语文却有其共通性,且这种共性是主体,而其变化也只是一种渐变。因此,中学语文教材中编写体系的主骨架要相对稳定,才能抓住共性,并适合教学。语文既然本身就是文化,而人类已有的文化总是多于当前新生的文化,因此,对于各个时期的学生来讲,接受民族优秀传统文化和人类已有的文明的精华和经典部分的教育,以形成基本的语文素养,应该是其共性。所以,中学语文教材选文中的传统篇目,以及能反映各个重要时代的代表作需要相对稳定,才能使历史的链条连接不断。何况,一套语文教材从编写、试验到大面积推广使用,一般要几年时问,从操作上讲,也只能相对稳定,不可能年年全新。二 常变是发展本文所说的“常变”是就当前文化和每年的文化个性而言,指的是中学语文教材要每年吐故纳新、新陈代谢,但是是“微调”,是渐变、量变。(一)常变是我国教育方针、政策和目标对课程和教材的要求国家领导人对此已有明确的阐述。邓小平同志指出:“教育要面向现代化、面向世界,面向未来。”又指出:“我们要在科学技术上赶超世界水平,不但要提高高等教育的质量,而且首先要提高中小学教育的质量,按照中小学生所能接受的程度,用 A stable is the foundation “Chinese is the most important communicative tool and an important part of human culture.” Although it is a tool, Chinese in all times has its commonality, and this commonality is the subject, and its change is only one Gradients.
