目的检测尖锐湿疣患者外周血CD8~+T细胞白介素-2、白介素-12、干扰素-γ、白介素-4的表达水平,探讨其在尖锐湿疣发病中的作用。方法应用流式细胞仪检测60例尖锐湿疣患者和20例正常人对照者外周血CD8~+T细胞白介素-2、白介素-12、干扰素-γ、白介素-4的表达水平。结果尖锐湿疣患者外周血CD8~+T细胞白介素-2、白介素-12、干扰素-γ阳性细胞百分比均显著下降(P<0.01);白介素-4~+CD8~+T细胞百分比与正常人对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干扰素-γ~+/白介素-4~+T细胞比值显著低于正常人对照组(P<0.01)。结论尖锐湿疣患者Tc1细胞水平低下,Tc1/Tc2显著低于正常人对照。
Objective To detect the expression of interleukin-2, interleukin-12, interferon-γ and interleukin-4 in peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminatum and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum. Methods The expression of interleukin-2, interleukin-12, interferon-γ, interleukin-4 in peripheral blood of 60 condyloma acuminatum and 20 normal controls were detected by flow cytometry. Results The percentages of interleukin-2, interleukin-12 and interferon-γ positive cells in peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminatum were significantly decreased (P <0.01). The percentage of interleukin-4 ~ + CD8 ~ + T cells in peripheral blood was The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The ratio of interferon-γ + / interleukin-4 + T cells was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The level of Tc1 in patients with condyloma acuminatum is low, Tc1 / Tc2 is significantly lower than that in normal controls.
