文章依据安徽医科大学第一附属医院历年开展志愿服务情况,总结志愿服务现状,发现影响志愿服务可持续开展的若干影响因素,就其原因进行分析,针对这些因素提出改进志愿服务、加强长效化建设的一些建议和措施,以期对志愿服务长效机制建设有所帮助,同时供相关医疗卫生单位借鉴。 Based on the volunteer service carried out by the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University over the years, this paper summarizes the current situation of volunteer service, finds out some influencing factors that can affect the sustainable development of volunteer service, analyzes its causes and puts forward some suggestions to improve volunteer service and long-term Construction of some of the recommendations and measures, with a view to volunteer service mechanism for long-term help, at the same time for the relevant medical and health units for reference.
