巩固和提高群众对干部选拔任用工作的认同度和满意度,很重要的一条就是靠民主,靠公开,靠群众,让权力运行在阳光下。在选任干部过程中,我们增加了群众在选任干部中的权重,让群众全程参与干部选拔任用工作。主要做好三个环节的工作:第一个环节是多渠道推荐干部。做到组织推荐、群众推荐、领导推荐和个人自荐相结合,实现组织意图和群众意愿的统一。对拟提拔使用的干部,我们实行差额推荐,即在推荐干部人选时,按照推荐人数多于空缺职位的数量,进行推荐,然后广泛听取大多数人的意见,再确定考察人选,把选择权交给群众。对重要领导干部人选,实行全委会推荐。第二个环节是全方面考察了解干部,不仅要考核干部履行岗位职责的情况,同时还考核干部在重要工作、关键时期,特别是对待个人荣誉方
