为减少工艺人员主观因素和碾环机状态对风电法兰环成形品质的影响,改进并设计了一种CAPP系统,利用电气控制和专家经验推理实现对环件成形工艺的优化与控制。应用表明,该CAPP系统适于5 m数控碾环机的辅助工艺设计,能在线监测碾环机状态并修正成形工艺;稳定轧制时,与线性化控制的拟合度高,有利于减小环件成形过程中的椭圆度。
In order to reduce the subjective influence of craft personnel and the influence of ring rolling machine on the forming quality of wind turbine flange ring, a CAPP system is improved and designed to optimize and control the ring forming process by using electrical control and expert experience. The application shows that the CAPP system is suitable for the auxiliary process design of 5 m CNC ring rolling mill, which can monitor the state of ring rolling mill on line and correct the forming process. In the steady rolling, the fitting degree with linear control is high, The degree of ovality in the ring forming process.
