机械加工过程中产生的振动是影响机械产品加工质量和机床切削效率的关键技术问题之一。对机械加工振动实行有效控制是开发FMS和CIMS等现代化制造技术所必须解决的重要问题。机械加工过程中是否有振动产生取决于机床结构的动态特性和切削过程的动态特性,切削参数是影响切削过程动态特性的重要因素,因此人们提出利用时变机床主轴切削(简称变速切削)来控制振动。
Vibration generated in the machining process is one of the key technical issues that affect the machining quality of machine products and the cutting efficiency of machine tools. Effective control of machining vibration is an important issue that must be solved to develop modern manufacturing technologies such as FMS and CIMS. Whether vibration occurs during machining depends on the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool structure and the dynamic characteristics of the cutting process. Cutting parameters are important factors that affect the dynamic characteristics of the cutting process. Therefore, it is proposed that the use of time-varying machine tool spindle cutting (referred to as variable speed cutting) vibration.
