房地产开发对资金的需求是密集且具相当规模,资金的到位程度往往成为影响一个房地产项目成败的关键因素之一。近期,随着国家宏观调控的不断深入,金融环境进一步呈现规范化的趋势,信贷货币供应政策收紧,直接影响到了部分房地产开发企业的资金流。因此,如何在当前背景下取得低成本的、稳定的融资资金来源,是部分房地产开发企业急需思考的课题,而利用境内外外币贷款不失为其中一个较好的解决方案。
Real estate development needs of funds is intensive and a considerable scale, the degree of funding in place has often become one of the key factors that affect the success or failure of a real estate project. Recently, with the continuous deepening of macroeconomic regulation and control of the country, the financial environment has become more standardized. The tightening of the credit money supply policy has directly affected the capital flow of some real estate development enterprises. Therefore, how to obtain a low-cost and stable source of financing capital under the current background is an issue urgently needed for some real estate development enterprises. Using domestic and foreign currency loans is one of the better solutions.
