采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水溶液为流动相,使用SB-C_(18)为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,检测波长235 nmn,对噁唑菌酮和霜脲氰进行定量分析。结果表明,噁唑菌酮和霜脲氰标准偏差分别为0.059、0.11,变异系数为0.26%、0.36%,平均回收率为99.0%、99.3%,线性相关系数为0.999 2、0.999 3。
High performance liquid chromatography with methanol + water as the mobile phase, SB-C_ (18) as a filler stainless steel column and UV detector, detection wavelength of 235 nmn, and the determination of famoxadone and cymoxanil quantitative analysis. The results showed that the standard deviations of famoxadone and cream urea were 0.059 and 0.11, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.26% and 0.36%. The average recoveries were 99.0% and 99.3% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 and 0.9999 3.
