对某自行榴弹炮炮塔体在火炮发射过程中的动态响应进行了有限元仿真分析,针对该炮塔结构的减重要求和分析结果中炮塔结构的中后部区域基本处于低应力状态,基于多岛遗传算法对炮塔体结构进行了优化设计,并对比分析了优化前后炮塔体结构在典型工况下的动态响应特性。仿真数据表明优化后的炮塔体在保持原来结构刚强度的基础上,整体质量降低了10.01%。
The dynamic response of a self-propelled howitzer turret body during launching was analyzed by finite element method. According to the weight reduction requirements and analysis results of the turret structure, the middle and rear region of the turret structure was basically in low stress state. Based on the multi-island genetic The optimization design of the turret structure is carried out. The dynamic response characteristics of the turret structure before and after optimization under typical working conditions are compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the optimized turret body reduces the overall mass by 10.01% while maintaining its original structural rigidity.
