目的 :研究 VM2 6 及 10 - HCPT等化疗药物对人肝癌细胞的体外联合杀伤作用。方法 :采用 MTT比色分析法测定不同组合的化疗药物对人肝癌细胞株 SMMC- 772 1的抑制率。结果 :以 VM2 6 加 10 - HCPT对人肝癌细胞株的抑制率最高 ,呈明显的协同作用 ,且抑制率随药物浓度的增加而增加。结论 :VM2 6 加 10 - HCPT对人肝癌细胞株具有明显的抑制作用 ,可作为临床用药的参考。
Objective: To study the combined killing effect of chemotherapeutic agents such as VM2 6 and 10 -HCPT on human hepatoma cells in vitro. Methods : The inhibition rate of different combinations of chemotherapeutic drugs on human hepatoma cell line SMMC-772 1 was determined by MTT colorimetric assay. Results: The inhibitory rate of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line with VM2 6 plus 10 - HCPT was the highest, showing a significant synergistic effect, and the inhibition rate increased with the increase of drug concentration. Conclusion : VM2 6 plus 10 - HCPT has obvious inhibitory effect on human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, which can be used as reference for clinical use.
