为了寻找低毒有效的放射增敏剂,观察CGEONA(羧基-苯乙烯基锗倍半氧化物钠盐)对荷瘤小鼠和正常小鼠放射敏感性的影响。放射增敏实验用T-739小鼠,肿瘤模型LA-795肺腺癌,采用肿瘤生长延迟法评价效果;放射防护实验用昆明种小鼠,观察30d存活率和对造血系统的影响。结果表明,CGEONA药物浓度为1/10 LD50时平均放射增敏比为1.4。放射防护实验给药组与对照组相比,存活率以及造血系统指标无显著差异(p>0.05)。表明CGEONA是新型低毒有效放射增敏剂,对照射的正常动物无放射增敏作用,值得进一步研究。
In order to find a low toxicity and effective radiosensitizer, the effect of CGEONA (carboxy-styrylgermium sesquioxide sodium salt) on the radiosensitivity of tumor-bearing mice and normal mice was observed. Radioimmunosensor experiments T-739 mice, tumor model LA-795 lung adenocarcinoma, the use of tumor growth retardation method to evaluate the effect; Radiation protection experiments with Kunming mice to observe the 30d survival rate and hematopoietic system. The results showed that when the CGEONA drug concentration was 1/10 LD50, the average radiosensitivity ratio was 1.4. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in survival rate and hematopoietic system between the radiotherapy group and the control group (p> 0.05). It shows that CGEONA is a new type of low toxicity and effective radiosensitizer, which has no radiosensitizing effect on irradiated normal animals and deserves further study.
