雷切尔·卡森的《寂静的春天》是一部生态文学的经典,书中蕴含了丰富的环境伦理思想,尤其体现出了自然价值论生态伦理思想,卡森针对人类滥用杀虫剂等剧毒化学物质对自然环境产生的严重污染和对人类自身造成的伤害进行了深层次的思考,否定了传统的以人类为中心的价值观,肯定了自然本身的内在价值,从而引导人类正确的评价和对待自然,维护自然生态系统的完整和稳定。本文借用霍尔姆斯·罗尔斯顿的自然价值观理论分析了《寂静的春天》自然的内在价值以及所蕴含的生态伦理思想。
