在新的形势下,贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想,对建设边疆民族地区高素质的干部队伍建设提出了新的更高的要求。本文在研究边疆民族地区干部队伍建设状况和培养目标的基础上,提出了具体对策。
Under the new situation, implementing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ has set new and higher requirements for building a cadre contingent of high-quality cadres in border ethnic areas. On the basis of studying the status of cadre building and training objectives in frontier minority areas, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures.
