[目的]为降低氟吗啉的使用剂量,提高药效,降低抗药性风险,研究4种生物活性物质壳寡糖、鼠李糖脂、菌株SY-FX-69发酵液、菌株YD-14发酵液对氟吗啉的增效作用。[方法]通过对黄瓜霜霉病的室内生物活性测试,确定该4种活性物质对氟吗啉的增效效果。[结果]供试活性物质中的壳寡糖、菌株SY-FX-69发酵液、菌株YD-14发酵液对氟吗啉均有不同程度的增效作用,其中以活性菌种YD-14及SY-FX-69发酵液增效作用最为明显。[结论]YD-14及SY-FX-69发酵液同氟吗啉共同使用能增加氟吗啉对黄瓜霜霉病的防效,并能促进黄瓜植株的生长。
[Objective] The study aimed to reduce the dose of flumorph, improve the efficacy and reduce the risk of drug resistance. To study the effects of four kinds of bioactive oligochitosan, rhamnolipid, SY-FX-69 fermentation broth and strain YD-14 fermentation Synergistic effect of liquid on flumorph. [Method] The indoor bioassay of cucumber downy mildew was conducted to determine the synergistic effect of these four active substances on flumorph. [Result] The chitooligosaccharides, the strain SY-FX-69 and the YD-14 fermentation broth of the tested active substances all had different synergistic effects on flumorph, among which, the active strains YD-14 and SY-FX-69 fermentation broth synergy most obvious. [Conclusion] The combination of YD-14 and SY-FX-69 fermentation broth with flumorph could increase the control effect of flumorph on cucumber downy mildew and promote the growth of cucumber.
