我国民用汽车保有量中,1980年以前生产的老型车约占50%,这些车辆,大约相当于国外40—60年代的技术水平,油耗指标相当落后。为了节约宝贵的石油能源,汽车使用部门必须对这批在用老型车中有改造价值的车辆,实行节油技术改造。其中数量最多的解放CA10B型车已于1983—1985年先后进行了提高压缩比等四种方案的节油技术改造,这项工作已基本完成,并取得了良好的节能效果。从1984年开始,我们又选择了四种常用老型车作为继续进行节油技术改造的对象,即跃进NJ130、东风EQ140(1980年前产品)、北京BJ130和北京BJ212(1982年前产品)四种汽车,共计52.14万辆,占在用老型车总数的27.83%。由于J130和BJ212车都装492Q型发动机,所以这四种汽车简称“四车三机”。
Among the civilian car ownership in China, 50% of the old cars produced before 1980 accounted for about the same technical level as the overseas countries in the 1960s and 1960s, and the fuel consumption index is quite backward. As J130 and BJ212 cars are equipped with 492Q-type engine, so these four cars referred to as “four cars and three aircraft.”
