研究了水泥石和骨料的显微硬度以及骨料体积分数对混凝土耐钻磨性和抗压强度的影响,探索了影响混凝土耐钻磨性的主要参数,并基于两相复合材料理论建立了混凝土耐钻磨性的数学模型.结果表明:在各组分显微硬度和骨料体积分数分别变化时,混凝土耐钻磨性和抗压强度之间并不一直存在线性关系;各组分显微硬度及其体积分数是影响混凝土耐钻磨性的主要参数;根据混凝土耐钻磨性的数学模型得出的预测硬度与实测硬度偏差大都在20%以内,验证了所提模型的合理性.
The effects of the microhardness of cement stone and aggregate and the volume fraction of aggregate on the anti-wear and compressive strength of concrete were studied. The main parameters affecting the anti-wear of concrete were explored. Based on the theory of two-phase composite material, The results show that there is not always a linear relationship between the resistance to abrasion and compressive strength of concrete when the microhardness and aggregate volume fraction of each component change respectively. The hardness and its volume fraction are the main parameters that affect the resistance to abrasion of concrete. According to the mathematical model of the resistance to abrasion of concrete, the deviation between predicted and measured hardness is mostly within 20%, which proves the rationality of the proposed model.
