合成了一个单核铜-邻菲啰啉配合物[Cu(phen)(C2O4)H2O].H2O,培养了配合物的单晶并通过X-射线衍射解析了其晶体结构.晶体结构研究表明,该配合物为单核铜配合物,中心铜原子处在五配位的四方锥构型中.采用光谱法研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)的相互作用,紫外光谱研究发现,DNA的加入使得配合物的紫外吸收呈现明显的减色效应,但红移不明显,说明配合物与DNA之间可能存在较弱的插入作用;荧光光谱研究表明,配合物对EB-DNA复合物的荧光有明显的淬灭作用,即配合物能够竞争EB与DNA的结合,发生了类似于EB的插入作用,与紫外实验结果一致.
