基于激光推进推力矢量控制,提出、设计并加工了一种三次反射激光聚焦系统。指出了一次反射尖锥面、二次反射环锥面和三次反射高次曲线环面的设计方法,说明了聚焦系统的加工工艺和安装调试过程,并进行了聚焦特性的测量实验。结果表明,脉冲CO2激光功率密度经三次反射激光聚焦系统达到空气击穿阈值,实验中观察到等离子体发光现象。不同设计条件下聚焦形状不同,其聚焦相对位置在一定范围内可调节。
Based on laser propulsion thrust vector control, a three-reflection laser focusing system was designed and fabricated. The design method of primary reflective conical surface, secondary reflective conical surface and tertiary reflection high - order curve torus surface is pointed out. The fabrication process of the focusing system and the process of installation and adjustment are described. And the experiment of measuring the focusing property is carried out. The results show that the pulsed CO2 laser power density reaches the air breakdown threshold through the three-reflection laser focusing system, and the plasma luminescence phenomenon is observed in the experiment. Different design conditions focus on different shapes, the focus of its relative position within a certain range can be adjusted.
