介绍高压琼脂平板电泳测定绒毛组织中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和脂酶D(EsD)的遗传表型的方法,它能简便快速地区别绒毛组织的这两种酶的各遗传表型。实验表明,此法用于妊娠早期进行父权鉴定是可行的。
This paper introduces a method for determining the genetic phenotype of acid phosphatase (ACP) and lipase D (EsD) in villi by using high pressure agar plate electrophoresis, which can distinguish the genetic phenotypes of these two enzymes in villus tissue easily and rapidly. Experiments show that this method is suitable for paternity testing in early pregnancy is feasible.
