转录因子CCAAT增强子结合蛋白β(CCAAT enhancer-binding proteinβ,C/EBPβ)是一类与DNA增强子区域结合的反式作用因子。近年来研究表明C/EBPβ在子宫中的表达参与了妊娠早期的胚胎发育和蜕膜化过程。C/EBPβ敲除小鼠表现为不孕和对蜕膜化刺激无反应,说明C/EBPβ是调节蜕膜化反应的一个重要调节因子。C/EBPβ调节蜕膜化过程中子宫内膜基质细胞的增殖和分化,促进蜕膜化标志分子催乳素(prolactin,PRL)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白1(insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1,IGFBP-1)的表达。此外,C/EBPβ还可与蜕膜化相关的甾体激素、c AMP、FOXO1等分子相互作用进而调节蜕膜化。本文综述了C/EBPβ在调控蜕膜化过程的研究进展。 Transcriptional Factor CCAAT enhancer-binding proteinβ (C / EBPβ) is a class of trans-acting factors that bind to DNA enhancer regions. In recent years, studies have shown that the expression of C / EBPβ in the uterus is involved in embryonic development and decidualization in early pregnancy. C / EBPβ knockout mice showed infertility and did not respond to decidualization stimulation, indicating that C / EBPβ is an important regulator of decidualization. C / EBPβ regulates the proliferation and differentiation of endometrial stromal cells during decidualization and promotes the expression of prolactin (PRL) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 IGFBP-1). In addition, C / EBPβ can also interact with steroid hormones related to decidua, c AMP, FOXO1 and other molecules to regulate decidualization. This review summarizes the progress of C / EBPβ in the regulation of decidualization.
