本研究采用气相色谱分析方法对 NR-90驱避剂中的主要成份 Deet 作了在人体皮肤及在玻璃表面的衰解试验。通过人体皮肤试验发现 Deet 在该剂型驱避剂中12小时仍有4.56%左右的残留,同时经对照试验认为降低环境温度,增加药物浓度以及使用适当的保护剂场可延缓 Deet在人体皮肤上的衰解而增加保护时间。
In this study, Deet, the main component of NR-90 repellent, was tested by gas chromatography in human skin and on the glass surface. Deet was found to have a residual of about 4.56% in the dosage form repellent by human skin test in about 12 hours, and at the same time controlled by experiments, it was found that lowering the ambient temperature, increasing the drug concentration and using a suitable protective field delayed Deet’s action on human skin Decay and increase protection time.
