校训是一个学校的灵魂,体现了一所学校的办学传统。中等职业学校存在着校训雷同现象严重、作用消失和缺乏创新意识等问题,从而在校训构建过程中应遵循着全面性和独特性的原则,构建符合时代特征的现代中等职业学校校训。19世纪末期“校训”一词由日本传入我国。《辞海》中对校训的解释是:“学校为训育之便利,选若干德育条目制成匾额,悬见于校中公见之地,是为校训。其目的在于使个人随时注意而实践之。”中等职业学校的校训体现了中等职业学校的办学理
