液压传动系统中的执行元件是把液压泵产生的液压能转变为机械能的装置,它包括液压缸、液压马达和摆动液压马达等。一、液压缸液压缸是把液压泵产生的液压能转变为直线运动的机械能的一种执行元件。例如一台平面磨床工作台的往复运动,液压机活动横梁的上下运动等都是液压缸带动的。液压缸的种类很多,按结构形式可分为单作用液压缸和双作用液压缸。一些特殊的液压缸虽然结构不同,但基本原理都是一样的。液压缸的分类可见表4-1。下面仅选其中典型的液压缸作一简要介绍。
