To study the characteristics and the actuality of the work of administrative work-attendance department in public hospitals, establish a set of evaluation and evaluation system mainly based on quantitative indicators through the balanced scorecard method, and achieve the purpose of promoting the reform of distribution, mobilizing the enthusiasm of staff and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the hospital.
