一段时间以来PVD化学涂层工艺在模具制作产业中的运用不断趋向普及化,在进行模具涂层过程中一定要关注其现实操作环境、模具本体工料、热调制技术等多方面因素。依照长期以来在涂层工序操作过程中积累的经验,本人提出充分保障模具制品在实施化学涂层之后其本体依然具有足够的强度性能是最为关键性要求,本文总结了在给拉伸型模具、剪切型模具、铝合金材质的压铸型模具以及汽车冷镦型模具等实施涂层处工艺时需要关注的重点性操作环节。
For a period of time PVD chemical coating process in the mold making industry continue to be popular, in the process of mold coating must pay attention to its actual operating environment, mold body materials, thermal modulation technology and other factors. According to the accumulated experience in the operation of the coating process for a long time, I propose that it is the most crucial requirement to fully ensure that the mold body still has sufficient strength properties after the chemical coating is applied. Shear-type die, die-casting aluminum alloy die as well as automotive cold heading die coating processes at the implementation of the need to focus on the key aspects of the operation.
