科学本身就包含着有所发现、有所发明、有所创造、有所前进的过程。自然课教学生学科学用科学,最本质的东西正是教他们学习发现、发明、创造。小学生不可能搞真正意义上的发现、发明、创造,我们的教学是用各种材料训练学生,启发他们的创造意识,培养学生具有创造精神和思维习惯。这种培养是结合具体的学习实践活动进行的,使学生通过学科学用科学的实践活动,潜移默化地受到磨炼。这样,我们的创造教育才可能得到落实。 “具体的实践活动”是指一切认识自然的实践活动。我教《热传导》时,一上课就出示一只带铁柄的铁锅:
