目的分析探讨产后出血的原因、名确诊断,制定观察及急救流程。方法回顾分析我院2008年12月～2009年5月产后出血490例病人,及时观察和诊断,制定有效的治疗方案和措施。结果死亡2例,合并席汉综合征2例。结论产后出血明确诊断、严密观察、综合急救可将低死亡率和后征遗的发生。
Objective To analyze and discuss the causes of postpartum hemorrhage, confirm the diagnosis, make observation and rescue procedure. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from December 2008 to May 2009 490 postpartum hemorrhage patients, timely observation and diagnosis, to develop effective treatment programs and measures. Results of 2 cases of death, combined with Ian syndrome 2 cases. Conclusions The postpartum hemorrhage is diagnosed clearly and closely. Comprehensive emergency treatment can reduce the incidence of low mortality and post-requisition.
