文中研究了广东几种褐铁矿粉加热时的行为,结晶水排除温度为253~342℃,热重损失为10~14%。体积收缩率达15~24%,褐铁矿粉烧结时需燃料量较高,品位能自然富集,料层温度偏低,堆比重小而成品率低,料层收缩严重,物料不呈熔融状难于烧结成块等特点。在目前生产条件下,采用稍大于磁铁矿粉烧结的燃料加入量,适当延长点火与保温时间、厚料层操作,生产高碱度烧结矿以及配加少量的磁铁矿粉,转炉渣等措施,可以有效地提高烧结矿的产质量。
In this paper, the behavior of several limonite powders in Guangdong was investigated. The temperature of crystallization water was 253 ~ 342 ℃ and the thermogravimetric loss was 10 ~ 14%.
