基于丙烯醛水合加氢法制1,3-丙二醇(PDO)的小试和中试结果,应用SuperPro Designer~(?)模拟软件,建立年产万吨PDO的工业放大过程模拟,并进行技术经济分析.结果表明,主要过程数据符合实验结果,工艺模拟设计合理;经济分析显示,原料成本占生产成本49%,设备购置费用约2242万元,总投资约15088万元,年税后净利润约4256万元,投资回收率28.21%.
Based on the pilot-scale and pilot-scale results of 1,3-propanediol (PDO) catalyzed by acrolein hydration and hydrogenation, SuperPro Designer ~ (?) Simulation software was used to simulate the industrial amplification process with an annual output of 10,000 tons of PDO and carry out technical and economic analysis The results show that the main process data are in accordance with the experimental results and the process simulation is reasonable. The economic analysis shows that the cost of raw materials accounts for 49% of the production cost, the equipment purchase cost is about 22.42 million yuan, the total investment is about 150.88 million yuan and the annual net profit is about 4256 Million, investment recovery rate of 28.21%.
