在本研究中对T10钢进行硼铝共渗,研究了硼铝共渗工艺,不同工艺参数对渗层厚度、金相组织及性能的影响.在试验研究中采用了正交试验分析法,结果表明,对硼铝共渗影响的主要因素是加热温度和保温时间.
In this study, boron and aluminum infiltration of T10 steel was carried out to study the effects of boron and aluminum infiltration process, the different process parameters on the thickness, microstructure and properties of the coating.Orthogonal experimental analysis method was used in the experimental study, the results Shows that the impact of boron and aluminum infiltration of the main factors are heating temperature and holding time.
