《学校体育工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)是我们学校体育工作的最高法规,是开展和评估学校体育工作的根本依据。《条例》的颁布,标志着我国学校体育工作进一步走向法治的轨道,对推动我国学校事业的发展,具有深远的战略意义。下面谈点我的学习心得,与大家共同切磋。一、领会《条例》关于协调发展的精神《条例》的最大特点是从我国的国情及学校体育的客观实际出发,较好地解决了学校体育工作诸因素之间协调发展的问题。 1.目标协调问题任何事业的发展,目标的确立具有前提意义,而诸目标之间只有建立一种协调关系,总目标才能顺利完成。《条例》为了实现教育和体育总的战略目标,在以下一些目标的关系上,达到了协调一致的原则。第一,体现了学校体育堵功能之间的协调发展《条例》规定了“学校体育工作的基本任务是:
