企业实行劳动定额管理,员工的劳动积极性、主动性和创造性,将会持续不断的高涨。定额的创始人是美国工程师泰勒。他通过对工人进行训练,要求工人取消那些不必要的操作程序,并且在此基础上明确科学合理的工时定额,用工时定额评价工人工作的好坏。劳动定额的推行,既提高了劳动生产率,降低了成本,增加了企业盈利,也给资本家的企业管理带来了根本性变革和深远的影响。实践证明,企业实行科学合理的劳动定额是调动员工积极性的杠杆。 Enterprise fixed-value management, staff’s work enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, will continue to rise.
