对双相TiAl基Ti 4 8Al 1 5Mn 0 5Si合金的压缩变形组织进行TEM衍衬分析 ,结果表明 ,该合金室温变形组织中 ,无论是等轴γ相还是层片γ相 ,都存在较多的沿两个方向分布的 ( 1 2 )〈110 ]普通位错 ,在有Ti5Si3 相析出的层片γ相中观察到了沿两个方向排列的 [0 11]和 [0 11]超点阵位错
The results of TEM analysis of the compressive deformation of Ti 4 8 Al 1 5Mn 0 5Si alloy with duplex TiAl-based alloy show that there are many [11] and [0 11] superlattice dislocations along two directions are observed in the lamellar γ phase where Ti5Si3 precipitates, with (1 2) <110] common dislocations distributed in both directions
