全国总工会给各省、自治区、直辖市总工会发出通知,要求各级工会千方百计地为劳动模范多办实事。摘要如下: 全心全意依靠工人阶级是我们党的根本指导方针。劳动模范是工人阶级中的优秀分子,是改革和建设的排头兵。他们热爱党,热爱祖国,热爱人民。他们的敬业爱岗、无私奉献、勇于创新,集中体现着我国工人阶级的优良品质和精神风貌。目前,由于各种原因,部分劳动模范在工作、生活、学习等方面受到影响。因此,各级工会要进一步做好有关工作: 一、加强劳动模范培养教育工作。要支持工会干部院校、职工大学根据劳动模范需要,开办不同层次班级,采取多种形式对劳动模范进行培训。落实中央关于从优秀工人中选拔干部的指示,确认中国工运学院劳动模范本科班毕业生为干部身份。对参加公务员公开考试合格的劳动模范本科班毕业生,应优先录用。”地方和企业工会要切实解决劳动模范在校期间的待遇和生活问题。劳动模范入学以后,原为国家职工依靠工资收入生活的,学习期间由原工作单位发给原工资(包括标准工资、平均奖金、地区生活费补贴、副食品价格补贴),连续计算工龄。
