目的剖析几种血液检验指标在冠心病检测中的应用价值。方法以2015年4月至2016年11月我院门诊接收的60例冠心病病例为研究组,另以同期来我院接受健康体检的60名受检者为对照组。两组都于清晨空腹状态下抽取肘部静脉血行MPV、cTn等指标水平的检测,综合分析并比较两组的检测结果。结果研究组RDW指标水平为(16.33±2.72)%,对照组为(13.21±2.14)%。研究组明显高于对照组。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组cTn指标水平显著比对照组升高,两者之比为:(3.24±0.35)ug/L vs.(0.03±0.02)ug/L。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但研究组的MPV、PLT与PCT指标水平和对照组比较则无显著差异,P>0.05。结论积极对冠心病者施以cTn、RDW检测,可为其疗效与预后的评价提供重要依据。
Objective To analyze the application value of several blood test indexes in the detection of coronary heart disease. Methods From April 2015 to November 2016, 60 cases of coronary heart disease received from outpatient clinics in our hospital were selected as the research group. Another 60 subjects from our hospital who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups were taken in the early morning fasting elbow venous blood samples MPV, cTn and other indicators of the level of detection, a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the two groups of test results. Results The RDW index was (16.33 ± 2.72)% in the study group and (13.21 ± 2.14)% in the control group. The study group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The level of cTn in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (3.24 ± 0.35) ug / L vs. (0.03 ± 0.02) ug / L. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the levels of MPV, PLT and PCT between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Positive detection of cTn and RDW in patients with coronary heart disease can provide an important basis for the evaluation of the curative effect and prognosis.
