西宁市、各自治州人民政府,海东行署,省政府各委、办、厅、局:根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》有关规定,塔尔寺保护范围和建设控制地带已经省人民政府同意,现予以公布。一、塔尔寺保护范围仍按青海省人民政府《批转省文化局关于划定塔尔寺保护范围的报告》(青政[1979]123号)为准。二、建设控制地带原则以塔尔寺周边山体的分水岭或山脊为界。北部以过拉路及经塔桥向北约50米为界,南部范围包括塔尔寺水源及水源涵养地。具体界址以《塔尔寺保护范围和建设控制地带》为准。
