精密冲裁(简称精冲)是近年来国内外发展较快的一项先进冲压工艺。其特点是借助专用三动冲床(或经改装的单动冲床)及特殊结构的模具,使金属材料处于塑性条件较好的情况下进行冲裁。因而获得的零件质量较好。例如,对一个3毫米厚的碳钢零件,精冲后冲裁面光洁度达▽6~▽8,冲裁断而倾斜度在0.02毫米以下,內孔精度达GB3级,外形精度达GB4级,零件平直度达100:1。就适于精冲的材料来看,有各种碳素钢、合金钢、不锈钢、铜合金及铝合金等;就冲件尺寸范围看,国外最大件达几百毫米,最厚达20毫米。
