近年来,随着高等教育的快速发展,高校知识女性的数量处于上升趋势,是高等教育发展中不可漠视的人力资源。通过认真分析教育部发布的统计数据发现,在高等院校“核心集体”中知识女性所占比例非常小。在传统性别观念、社会性别视角、自身特点三个方面,高校知识女性的职业发展存在着阻碍。针对女性职业发展阻碍因素,分别从国家社会层面、高等院校层面、个人层面三个方面提出出路与对策。
In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education, the number of knowledgeable women in colleges and universities is on the rise. It is an indispensable human resource in the development of higher education. By carefully analyzing the statistics released by the Ministry of Education, it is found that the proportion of knowledgeable women in colleges and universities “core collectives” is very small. In the three aspects of the traditional gender concept, gender perspective, and their own characteristics, there are obstacles to the career development of college knowledge women. In view of the obstruction factors of female career development, this paper puts forward the solutions and countermeasures from the three aspects of national social level, higher education level and individual level respectively.
