目的 :调查常州市医疗卫生机构对医学检验技术专业人才的需求状况,为开设五年制高职医学检验技术专业提供依据。方法 :对医疗卫生机构检验科负责人或专业骨干发放调查问卷,了解目前医学检验技术人才结构现状、未来几年单位对医学检验技术专业人才的需求及期望以及检验科设备配置情况,并访谈医疗单位检验科主任,进一步了解调研内容。结果:3家三级医院医学检验技术人员主要以硕士及本科为主,且今后几年无高职毕业生的招聘计划,而二级医院和基层医疗机构专科学历人数明显增加,且未来几年尚需接受少量高职毕业生;用人单位在挑选高职医学检验技术专业毕业生时最看重的是执业资格证书和动手能力,其次是敬业精神和学历;医疗卫生机构认为门诊检验、血液检验及生化检验是医学检验技术人才岗位必需的专业知识,其次是免疫学及微生物检验。结论:高职医学检验技术专业毕业生今后主要的就业去向是基层医疗机构(含社区卫生服务中心),学校在制定人才培养方案时要注重专业知识和技能训练,其次也不能忽视职业素质培养。
Objective: To investigate the demand status of medical laboratory technologists in Changzhou medical and health institutions, and to provide basis for the establishment of five-year medical professional medical examinations. Methods: The questionnaire was sent to the person in charge of medical department or professional backbone to understand the status quo of the current medical testing technical personnel structure, the demand and expectation of medical testing technical professionals and the equipment configuration of the laboratory in the next few years, and to interview the medical Unit inspection director, to further understand the research content. Results: The medical technicians in three tertiary hospitals were mainly master’s and undergraduate students, and there was no recruitment plan for higher-vocational graduates in the next few years. However, the number of specialist qualifications in secondary-level hospitals and primary-level medical institutions increased significantly. In the next few years Still need to accept a small number of vocational graduates; employers in the selection of higher vocational medical examination technology graduates most valued is the practice of qualifications and hands-on ability, followed by dedication and education; medical and health institutions that out-patient testing, blood tests and Biochemical tests are the necessary professional knowledge of medical laboratory technician positions, followed by immunology and microbiology tests. CONCLUSION: The main employment destination of higher vocational medical examination graduates is primary medical institutions (including community health service centers). Schools should pay attention to professional knowledge and skills training when formulating talent training programs, and secondary vocational quality training should not be neglected.
