两个速度不同的运动物体突然连接后的拉力初期冲击峰值大小与连接物刚度有关。连轧咬入与此类似,建立张力的初期有冲击峰值。原有张力微分方程是稳态连轧后速度干扰下得到的,它不能反映咬入瞬间张力冲击的变化。文章用运动力学方法建立连轧平衡后张力计算模型,虽然是静态方程,但连续使用可以得到动态效果。仿真证明,所反应的咬入初期张力变化更符合实际。
The peak initial tensile impact strength of two moving objects with different velocities after sudden connection is related to the stiffness of the joint. In this paper, the kinematic method is used to establish the post-tension equilibrium tension calculation model. Although it is a static equation, the continuous effect can be obtained dynamically. The simulation proves that the response to the initial tension changes bite more in line with reality.
