随着管道老龄化、输送油气介质腐蚀性的增加,管道内腐蚀问题愈发严重;而现有的管道内腐蚀检测技术,还很难针对所有管道实现全面地精确定量分析。因此研究并利用有效的管道内腐蚀预测评价技术,对于有效地指导管线的内腐蚀检测,保障油气管道运输安全具有十分重要的意义。经调研发现,借用现有的计算机计算技术以及相关计算软件,基于流场分析的管道内腐蚀预测评价技术具有很好的发展和利用价值。
With the aging of pipelines and the increase of corrosive medium of transportation oil and gas, the corrosion problems in pipelines become more and more serious. However, existing pipelines corrosion detection technology is still difficult to achieve a comprehensive and accurate quantitative analysis for all pipelines. Therefore, it is very important to study and utilize the effective pipeline corrosion prediction and evaluation technology to effectively guide the detection of pipeline internal corrosion and ensure the safety of oil and gas pipelines transportation. The survey found that the use of existing computer technology and related computing software, based on flow field analysis of pipeline corrosion prediction and evaluation technology has good development and utilization value.
