雅沙里门挪是傣医民间传统常用验方之一,其成分为榼藤子仁,毛叶巴豆等七味傣药组成,具有祛暑和中,解痉止痛的功能,主治吐泻腹痛,胸闷、肋痛,头痛发热等症。在傣族民间使用非常广泛。因此,1974年首次收载入云南省药品标准,1977年又被收载入中国药典,正式定名为七味榼藤子丸。1985年版中国药典仍继续收载。是一种很有代表性的民族药。
