本文报道以紫外分光光度法测定布洛芬含量,以氰酮为透皮吸收促进剂来考察布洛芬制剂的释放度,结果表明,布洛芬浓度在0.1~0.5μg/ml时与吸收度呈线性关系,氮酮含量在0%~2%时,在水包油(O/W)、油包水(W/O)型软膏及擦剂中的回收率依次为93.20%~101.50%、94.54%~100.10%和95.60%~100.20%。从第3小时起,实验组的布洛芬透皮释放量比对照组高(P<0.05).在O/W型软膏中,氮酮含量为0.5%~2.0%时,24h累积释放量Q值为对照组的1.29~4.65倍,2%时最高;在W/O型软膏中,Q值为对照组的1.16~7.25倍,2%时最高;在擦剂组中,氮酮含量为1%时,Q值最高。
