本项研究是由中国社会科学基金会资助的,为期一年,已于1991年底写完研究报告初稿,共计4万余字,这里限于篇幅,仅简略予以介绍。本文从信息产业的产生、含义谈起,接着说明它的特征、作用及在我国发展信息产业的必要性。说明满足社会信息需求是推动其发展的原动力,也是其发展的归宿。阐述了中国信息需求的特点、信息产业的分类、侧重介绍了广义与狭义(新兴)信息产业,本文是持后一观点的,即指使用计算机与通信技术的包括信息技术产业与信息服务产业的新兴信息产业。随后说明了它与相关产业及其他产业的关系,试图也适当介绍广义信息产业的一些内容。接着详细说明了作为信息产业所属的几个子产业,即计算机产业、信息通信产业、软件产业、信息办理产业、数据库产业,前两个产业可称为信息技术产业,后3个产业可称为信息服务产业。从宏观的角度,提出了我国加速发展信息产业所应采取的政策与措施。最后提出了我国信息产业的前景。
The study was funded by the China Social Science Foundation for one year. The first draft of the study was completed by the end of 1991, totaling more than 40,000 words. This article is limited in length and is only briefly described. This article starts with the generation and meaning of information industry, and then explains its characteristics, functions and the necessity of developing information industry in our country. This shows that meeting the needs of social information is the driving force for its development and also the destination for its development. This paper describes the characteristics of China’s information needs, the classification of the information industry, focusing on the general and narrow (emerging) information industry, this article is a post-holding point of view, that refers to the use of computer and communications technologies, including information technology industries and information services industries Emerging information industry. Then it shows its relationship with related industries and other industries, trying to introduce some elements of generalized information industry as appropriate. Then detailed description of the information industry as a subsidiary of several sub-industries, namely, computer industry, information and communication industry, software industry, information management industry, database industry, the first two industries can be called the information technology industry, the latter three industries can be called information Service industry From the macroscopical point of view, it puts forward the policies and measures that our country should accelerate to develop the information industry. Finally, put forward the prospect of our country’s information industry.
